Janice Brown

Founder, On the Grow™ · Master Gardener · Garden Educator

Affectionately known as 'The Girl on the Grow,' Janice founded On the Grow™ in Houston, blending her lifelong passions for teaching and gardening. A former high school English teacher and training manager, she is a Master Gardener, Master Naturalist, and Certified Permaculturalist who has reached thousands of children through school garden programs and helped countless families turn their homes into urban farms.
